Terms & Conditions


  • The individual registering on behalf of the salon must be the salon owner who is at least 18 years of age.
  • Only salons that meet the Membership Qualifications and are located within the 50 states of the United States are eligible.
  • Participating salons shall be in "good standing" with Wella Professionals™ and its distributing partners. Salons not in "good standing" will be removed from the program and all Reward Points will be forfeited.
  • Salon must have a reputation for quality work and superior customer service.
  • Salon must be committed to creating a strong retail business.
  • Salon must recognize the importance of education in business growth.
  • Reward Points have no monetary value.
  • Reward Points vary depending on benefit and price.
  • Reward Point values are pre-determined and set by Wella Professionals™ and are subject to change at the sole discretion of Wella Professionals™ at anytime without notice.
  • Reward Points are earned for purchases of qualified products throughout the calendar year. All unused Reward Points expire March 31 of the following calendar year.
  • Reward Points are not transferable and non-refundable. All selections are considered final.
  • All orders are final. Orders are non-refundable and no exchanges are allowed.
  • Seminars booked after an education order has been finalized CANNOT be rescheduled or cancelled. The points are non-refundable.
  • If a benefit is unavailable or back-ordered, the salon must select another item.
  • Wella Rewards™ benefits may not be used for resale.
  • Reward Points and benefits may not be combined with any other program, promotion, coupon, discount or special offer.
  • Wella Rewards™ redemptions may be submitted on-line at wellarewards.com. Faxes are not accepted.
  • Upon registration, salon may opt in or opt out of granting permission to their Wella Professionals™ Account Manager to redeem on salon’s behalf.
  • Salons must first have accrued the appropriate number of Reward Points for redemption in order to redeem the benefit.
  • Participating Wella Rewards™ salons cannot be part of any other salon programs offered by Wella Professionals™.
  • Wella Professionals™ may, at its discretion, change the Wella Rewards™ program at any time with or without notice.
  • Wella Professionals™ may, among other things, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel:
    • Benefits and rewards
    • Program rules and regulations
    • Program qualifications and conditions of participation
    • Reward Point values and levels
    • Earning, redeeming or retaining Reward Points for rewards
  • Travel Voucher: Submit your receipts (airfare, hotel, car, train, taxi) along with the original travel voucher referencing the event or class attended and/or copy of class certificate to the Wella Rewards™ team for reimbursement. Wella Rewards™ members are reimbursed in accordance with the Wella Professionals™ account terms. Travel vouchers have a six (6) month expiration date. Travel vouchers do not cover taxes or miscellaneous fees.
  • Co-Op Advertising: Submit an online redemption to the Wella Rewards™ team. The Wella Rewards™ team will then contact you to find out what images and logo’s are required and send them to you so that you may work with your vendor to do a mock-up of your advertisement for pre approval. Pre-approval must take place 60 days prior to ad run time or print for reimbursement. If approved, Wella Rewards™ members are reimbursed 100% of the advertising in accordance with Wella Professionals™ account terms.
  • Wella Rewards™ Voucher: Wella Rewards™ member purchases the items for their salon (i.e. business building tools, salon tools, beauty industry magazine subscriptions), and then attach the receipts with the Wella Rewards™ voucher, including the name of salon, date, item purchased and approval from salon owner to the Wella Rewards™ team for reimbursement. Global Elite™ members are reimbursed in accordance with the Wella Professionals™ account terms. Wella Rewards™ vouchers may be used for direct and indirect business building activities. These activities are determined at the discretion of the Wella Rewards™ team and are subject to change at any time. Any indirect business building activity will be assessed a 15% processing fee upon approval. All items must be purchased from an authorized retailer. Wella Rewards™ reserves the right to refuse reimbursement if deemed that the retailer selling the product is not authorized. Wella Rewards™ vouchers do not cover taxes or miscellaneous fees. Any unused balance on a voucher will be forfeited.
  • In-Salon Top Stylist Classes: All In-salon education must to be pre-approved by Sales and Education prior to the redemption being processed to ensure that specific requirements and needs are met.
  • Intercoiffure Memberships: Must be pre-approved by Intercoiffure before redemption is made. You must fill out their application, pay Intercoiffure directly for any initiation and go through their interview process to become a member. Once you are accepted into Intercoiffure, you have one of two options for reimbursement: (1) You may redeem for a Wella Rewards™ voucher for the amount to cover the expenses you’ve incurred with Intercoiffure and submit your receipts or invoices from Intercoiffure to the Wella Rewards™ team for reimbursement or credit to be applied depending on your account terms. (2) Intercoiffure can be paid directly through Wella Rewards™. For Intercoiffure membership renewals, same rules as above apply.   • Education Vouchers: Education vouchers may only be used for approved Wella Professionals™ sponsored educational events and seminars worldwide. Approved locations are (Studio LA, World Studio NY, The Doves Academy, Sassoon Academies, and Regional Events/shows) worldwide. Simply choose the seminar/event you want, confirm availability and redeem for the education vouchers in the amount to cover the costs. Education vouchers may be used for an up-coming event that is unavailable. They may also be used for covering a partial amount of a class if the salon does not have enough points for the full amount.
    • Once redeemed, education vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for benefits other than education.
    • Salon may pay with combination of points and credit card for all Wella Professionals™ classes held at Studio LA, World Studio, The Doves Studio, or Sassoon Academies.
    • If Wella Professionals™ seminar or event cost is less than the redeemed voucher(s) cost, the balance will be forfeited. Neither point nor monetary refunds will be issued.
    • Education vouchers may not be used for In-Salon Top Stylist seminars or events.
    • All education vouchers expire six (6) months from the date of issuance. The expiration date is printed on the education voucher.
    • There are no dollar maximums with the education vouchers.
    • Education vouchers have no monetary value.
    • All seminars and events are subject to availability and may change at any time without notice.
    • In the event of a seminar cancellation held at the Studio LA or World Studio, the education voucher may be used for any other seminar or event.
    • In the event of a seminar cancellation by The Doves Studio or Sassoon Academies, the education voucher may be used for any other seminar or event.
    • If a salon cancels 30 days prior to seminar/event date, the voucher will be usable for an alternate seminar or event.
    • If a salon cancels less than 30 days prior to seminar/event, salon will forfeit the education voucher. In this case the education voucher will not be applicable for an alternate education seminar/event or any other benefit.
  • Professional Beauty Association (PBA): Memberships and symposium tickets need to be pre-approved through PBA first. For information you may contact 1.800.468.2274 or www.probeauty.org or you may contact our Wella Rewards™ team. For current PBA Members, you may renew your memberships online on the Wella Rewards™ website.
  • Wella Professionals™ Wella Rewards™ Tours: Offered only to licensed cosmetologists, salon owners and or managers, and employees of Wella Professionals™. All Travelers must be at least 21 years of age at the time of departure. Any fee changes incurred after the time of ticketing are the responsibility of the customers. Tour registrations are non-refundable. Confirmations will not be issued until payment in full has been received. Tours are subject to availability. Wella Professionals™ reserves the right to cancel a Tour at any time due to lack of participation, natural disasters or war and dismiss any passenger from the tour whose conduct jeopardizes other guests or the integrity of Wella Professionals™ or The International Trend Vision Award Tour. Each individual traveler agrees that he/she will not hold Wella Professionals™ responsible for any injury, sickness or death that may result during tour activities. Each individual traveler agrees to indemnify Wella Professionals™ from third-party demands or litigation resulting from conduct of individual traveler.
