This is a great option to keep momentum in between trainings, stay motivated or refresh a particular discipline with your favorite Artists! Simply select from a list of recommended topics or provide a topic you would like your coaching to focus on.
Matthew Luce brings a variety of experiences to the Wella Professionals Signature Artist team after 17 years in the beauty industry, ranging from stylist to the stars for editorial shoots to working as an educator at top salons. His background includes precision cutting at Vidal Sassoon San Francisco, Education Direction at the legendary Oxenrose San Francisco to brand education across many of the brands within the Wella Professionals portfolio. Based in Los Angeles, Matthew is currently responsible for co-creating and deploying custom curriculum for top accounts, capability building within the organization and partnering with the Signature Artist team.
